F. Each winner receives a Bronze AQHA Statue furnished by
the American Quarter Horse Association.

B. Copy of the horse's up to date AQHA papers presented for
inspection

B. Copy AQHA Membership Card must be furnished
C. Owner/Riders name must appear on horses papers
D. Current Family member consider Owner/Rider - father,
mother, daughter, or son example Horse in fathers name

the World Event.
*To give all top finishers
the opportunity to run for the Overall Championship AND their respective
Division Championships the CMSA has created a new Championship format. Class
Winners will be determined based upon the first 5 stages of the World
Championship. The 70 Top Riders (20 from each division and 10 Wranglers) will
come back on Sunday to run for the Division Finals & Overall Championship. This
new format will give all classes and levels the opportunity to qualify for a
whole new level of titles, prizes and payback. Prizes and payback are in the
works and will be announced once they are finalized.
Divisions will include ALL
numbered competitors in that respective class! For example:
Limited Division will include
the TOP TEN OVERALL in each gender

Men's 1 & 2 and
Ladies 1 & 2
·
Senior Men's 1
& 2 and Senior Ladies 1 & 2
·
Men's Junior 1
& 2 and Ladies Junior 1 & 2
Top Ten Men and Top Ten
Ladies from each of these six classes will make up their respective division.
Overall and Reserve Division
Champions will receive Added Money & Prizes. ALL FINALISTS will receive an
exclusive and personalized 'Finalists' jacket and will be eligible for
divisional stage prizes based upon stage 6 scores only. Watch the CMSA website
for more updates on prizes!

Tri-State Fair Facilities Rules
-
No dogs are allowed inside
the Amarillo National Center. No dogs are allowed in other buildings
unless they are involved in a dog event.
-
No R.V. Hookup reservations
are accepted, it will be on a first come first served policy.
-
Negative 12 months coggins
is required at the time of stall rental.
-
Valid Drivers License is
required for all payments made by check.
-
Payment is due at the time
of R.V. rental.
-
No horses tied to trailers
overnight. No horses in portable panels for any reason. Stalls must
be rented.
-
No parking in designated
fire lanes. No parking of trailers on Amarillo National Center south
parking lot.
-
All trailer parking is west
of the Amarillo National Center.
-
No skate boards or roller
blades, scooters, etc. allowed on the grounds.
-
Any person that brings in a
golf cart, gator, or 2 wheel scooter, etc. on grounds must provide
the Tri-State Fair office with proof of $1,000,000 dollar general
liability insurance. At that time a sticker will be placed on your
motorized vehicle. If you do not have insurance, the Tri-State Fair
can furnish you with insurance at the current rate at that time per
vehicle; this does not pertain to regular automobiles.

All motorized vehicles must
be operated by a licensed driver.

Lessee must take down all
signs and banners after their event, Tri-State Fair is not
responsible for lost signs or banners or returning them to their
owner.
